In 2007, Kyle formed his beverage education & events company “The Boozehound” as a means of making quality beer, wine, spirits and bartending accessible to industry professionals and the public alike. In 2008, he opened Drinks Over Dearborn (http://www.drinksoverdearborn.com) - a specialty beer, wine and spirits retail boutique in Chicago’s bustling River North neighborhood, which is equipped with a classroom and private event space to carry on his work as “The Boozehound.” He continues to give interactive beverage seminars, serve as master of ceremonies, and host beverage events in cities around the U.S.
